Today, I’m very grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to talk with several customer service representatives over the phone. These chats presented me with an opportunity to practice the art of conversation, where each side must listen to each other, rather than being so focused on one’s personal agenda.
I’m grateful these people spend so much time, being willing to try and help others.
